History

River of Life Christian Fellowship was established after much laboring, prayer, and listening to God, with 17 faithful members, the church opened its doors on April 17, 2016. River of Life Christian Fellowship is a church that is serious about serving God, promoting the Gospel of Jesus without compromise, to meet the needs of God’s people, and to share the Good News about His love, grace, and mercy.

Our Vision:

• To create a welcoming environment where everyone feels accepted regardless of their past.
• To build family relationships and resources to promote the gospel of the Kingdom of God in the community and abroad.
• To show God’s compassion, forgiveness, grace, mercy, love, and power through His restoration, reconciliation, and ministry by working together as a church to impact the community.
• To empower the church to accept their God given talents and responsibilities to meet the needs and hurts of every believer.

Our Purpose:

• To fulfill the five purposes of the church that were commanded by Jesus in the Great Commandment and Great Commission, explained by Paul in Ephesians 4, described in Jesus’ prayer for the church in John 17, and modeled by the first church in Jerusalem, to:
• Grow stronger through worship
• Grow stronger ministries
• Grow through stronger fellowship
• Grow through discipleship and evangelism.
